This album was designed to raise awareness about migraines and to spread knowledge about the different triggers and symptoms individuals may experience. Many who suffer migraines have sensory disturbances called auras which typically indicate a migraine onset. The songs on this album are created to soothe migraine episodes with calm beats. This is to support The Association of Migraine Disorders® which strives to expand the understanding of migraines by supporting research, education, and awareness.
